Agreed! Property values will skyrocket as the coastal land that is available now disappears beneath the waves. It will be like the incoming tides from hurricane Katrina & Sandy but on a more permanent level.

He lives in a world all of his own. When he did 6 weeks in the army he believed he was the arch angel Gabriel & they sent him home on a mental discharge. I knew better but was too lazy to wake up & go check out the story. He means well. He got the story partially right. It is happening, but he thought it happened right then.
