She should be charged with making terroristic threats as well as hate crimes. verbal assault is a crime and this crime was done out of hatred, therefore the hate crime charge. I think there is more to this stupidity than what leads on. It's ironic a black girl was threatening other black students but I think the circumstances are even funnier because on a statistical note, black people are more responsible for black on black crimes they've been the ones taking each other out in yet they want to say the white man is the enemy...
