We already have them here in the UK. They're called council estates and pikey parks. However they have better benefits than normal folk so probably not.  |

This is gonna go bad. These are Nazi tactics that were used against the Jews first. America learned fromthis and used this against the Natives and finally built reservations or "projects" in every inner city and we see how that turned out. "Scum Village" will become an institution and the ppl will multiply like rabbits. Don't fall for it. |
