Amsterdam is creating a system in which nuisance neighbors and anti-social tenets will be exiled to caravans or containers with "minimal services." In other words, Amsterdam is creating enforced trailerparks.

Amsterdam receives roughly 13,000 complaints about anti-social behavior every year and their drastic solution is to forcibly remove repeat offenders and relocate them into housing camps that have been dubbed "scum villages."

Geert Wilders, leader of a populist Dutch Right Wing Party said, "The aim is not to reward people who behave badly with a new five-room home with a south-facing garden. This is supposed to be a deterrent."

Seems like an interesting plan. There are protestors, but they better protest quietly, otherwise the authorities will receive complaints and send the protestors to the scum villages of their own.

Nope it's not that easy lol
there has to be several repeat offences of anti social behaviour and interference of a judge to ban them from their house.
it's not like 13000 people would get banned from the city each year.
