I can refute, with credible sources what I read on that one page and one page alone. Megamel, I wouldn't use this as a source. Even some of what Gata has said in the other Knox thread goes against what this site is saying. |

Really? **************** I see this as they have the guy in prison. But because it's so international now they court doesn't want to look bad. Seems like one person could have committed the crime and they let the witchcraft or whatever theory get in the way of a real investigation. Now they are going to ruin this girls life. ********** After reading some of this information it does seem hinky. But still most of this can be explained. Her DNA in the bathroom? She used that bathroom. So they cleaned it the day before. That doesn't mean there was no DNA left behind. And accusing her boss could have just come out of frustration. How long was she questioned? |

 I cant help but think this is legit and there is a reason they persist. Not all is public right? Is there evidence they are still keeping under wraps? Why would they persist if she wasnt certainly linked? They have somebody in custody, what does HE have to say about her involvement? |

It's all out there, Rudy Guede is his name and he was recently allowed to study at a university on day release. In his original confession and talk with a friend over Skype while on the "run" he said Amanda and Raffaele were not there and after being offered a plea, they were guilty.  Take what you want from it. All countries, states, prosecutors are guilty of wanting another "guilty" for their overall count. It was a bungled investigation from the start. |
