Where the fuck did you pull that out of? It's called irony, lady. I would think the term 'know-it-all' would refer to people who are actually claiming to know something, not someone one trying to share a laugh with people who appreciate morbid humor.

And while while we're at it, why not start up with some nice conversations about how gross uncircumcised cocks are, or maybe you should just make a few more insecure young women feel ashamed of their bodies by claiming that the breasts of an 18 year old girl are ugly enough to need surgery because they look like your grandmothers.
