93 & 94 Year Old Sisters Turn the Table on Carjacker
Check out the dirtbag
Police in New Jersey say two elderly sisters, at the ripe old ages of 93 and 94, fought off an armed 27-year-old thug who attempted to rob them and steal their car.
Sergio Fernando Solorzano-Vasquez was arrested on Monday, thrown in jail, and charged with robbery and carjacking. Authorities say he jumped into the sisters’ vehicle and hid in the backseat when they went into a CVS on Sunday.
When they came out and got back into their car, Solorzano-Vasquez sprung into action, pulling his knife and threatening the little old ladies.
You won’t believe what happened next.
Police say instead of just complying, the 94-year-old driver swung her arm back, hitting the suspect, while the 93-year-old sister got out and called out for help.
Apparently, realizing that he’d been foiled by the golden girls, Solorzano-Vasquez fled the scene.
The attacker filmed running from the scene on at least three different security cameras at a gas station across the street. He was easily found and arrested.
The two sisters are just fine and don’t see what the big deal is. In fact, they wanted their names to be kept private.
“They say that they hold no animosity toward this guy but hope they never see him again,” said Detective Robert Miktus of the Hamilton Twp. Police Department.
Solorzano-Vasquez is now facing charges of attempted carjacking, aggravated assault, and weapons charges.
I give up trying to attach the video. You may view below. There are no pictures of the sisters. They do not wish to be identified. I do like some of the peoples' responses.
