Re: 7.4 Earthquake in Turkey - Live Videos & Aftermath
Twitter has been restricted. There are numerous tv/news agencies that are reporting on the streets, and cutting people short when they state that the government hasn't brought out help while the media boasts how great the government is doing. Over 5000 buildings completely demolished. The death toll is severely underreported. The main earthquake apparently hit at around 4:17am local time, and the one at around noon devestated whatever was standing after the deadly night. |

Re: 7.4 Earthquake in Turkey - Live Videos & Aftermath
Some of the people's reactions on those videos were heartbreaking, imagine knowing your family, loved ones or friends were in those buildings then just seeing them collapse like that knowing that if they weren't killed instantly then they would probably die slowly as rescue would be unlikely given the amount of rubble to dig through |

Re: 7.4 Earthquake in Turkey - Live Videos & Aftermath
An 18-year-old named Muhammed Cafer was rescued from the rubble of a building in southern Turkey on Tuesday, the third rescue of the morning some 198 hours after last week's devastating earthquake.
