People are really this dumb about speed? Oh yes they are!

Where I am from the hoodrats in their cars speed through country lanes. Unluckily for them large vehicles, water or potholes and sharp bends make short work of their supposed skill at the wheel.

I once saw one of them in a tree 15 feet up. How they launched that I dont know.

I know of a young lad from my village who managed to vault a garden fence (10ft) in a 30 zone. I would be impressed if it wasn't so moronic.
