Re: 28 Years in Jail - Now Free. So F'd Up!
I don't know if you watched the long video but he said when he was arrested he was 21 but with the mentality of a 16 or 17 year old. I remember doing a lot of stupid things at that age. Sometimes we'd listen to police scanners and arrive at crime scenes before the cops got there. Once my buddy and a friend went to a shots fired call. They got there before the police and as he turned to pull out of the tract, a police car was arriving and pulled them over with a full on felony stop. As luck would have it, my buddy had purchased a pistol and gone to the shooting range earlier that day and still had the gun in his car. Instantly he became the prime suspect. He was cleared the next day but after seeing this video I shudder to think what could have happened to him with a corrupt prosecutor. Ah the dumb things we did as youths.

Re: 28 Years in Jail - Now Free. So F'd Up!
I'm so glad I live in a place where I am allowed to talk sense to cops before they arrest me. That poor man, more than half his lifetime, and the best years at that, spent in hell.

More f'd up justice. This guy is looking at 38 years in jail for something the "victim" said he didn't do. So messed up... http://truthinjustice.org/carpitcher2.htm |
