Truly heartbreaking. Children who had their whole lives ahead of them. The joys and excitement associated with this time of the year. The innocence of youth. All gone.

On the contrary, I was feel an immediate affinity to such a discussion whilst the consequences of such a topic are being broadcast throughout the nation.

Whether you perceive the topic as politics or not is your call. I see it as a problem with the US psyche which is a problem for political discussion at ANY time. And I honestly don't give a toss how offended or otherwise you are, seriously I don't. I am almost in tears watching the news of this tragedy and all I can think of is surely you guys have to have a serious talk with yourselves about this.
