I highly doubt an "ultralight" or pilotless drone was flying around during "a monsoon storm"....not sure how far from the border, but maybe a catapult was used? you'd think border patrol near a city would have a better idea of what's going on, and that they would be aware of any and all aircraft able to carry a payload like that. wtf is going on down there..... |
