A husband who splashed out £250 on a trendy micro-pig for his wife has watched it grow into a 25-STONE monster.
Colin Webb bought Babe when she weighed just 9oz.
He and wife Susie were led to believe she wouldn’t reach more than 14ins high, like those owned by Victoria Beckham and Paris Hilton.
But they watched in amazement as the porker — who used to sleep on their bed and be taken for walks — hit 3ft and weighed massively beyond what they expected.
Babe now refuses to go outside and spends the day watching TV on a reinforced sofa in their terraced home in Scarborough, North Yorks.
Former engineer Colin, 57, said: “I don’t know what’s happened. Maybe we overfed her a bit. Babe’s no bother. She grunts when she needs the toilet and uses a potty.”
Susie, 53, added: “She’s easier to look after than a man. She never complains about food and doesn’t snore.”
