Rebecca Hardy, 22, died after a pit bull and husky attacked her in Port Huron Dec. 3. A medical examiner has ruled her death a suicide, something her family members have contested.

Neither dog was licensed. Both were euthanized, along with one puppy. Three other puppies living at the home were taken by a rescue.

The case has been forwarded to the prosecutor's office, which is awaiting a toxicology report.
