When people asked me what my favourite part of southern Italy was, I'd say Rome. Everything else was northern Africa.

I had a friend who was gang-raped by gypsies when she was 11  And the local gypsy community near us were junkie, dog-fighting bastards who caused a lot of problems, thank God they've all been evicted  But they were bad examples, I understand that.Sunbathing beside dead kids is plain SICK  |

The gypsies you get in the U.K are different to the Roma gypsies. Roma gypsies is a way of life and they have codes about theft and the like. The standard gypsies you get in England are "tinkers" or Irish gypsies. They are travelers who just avoid paying tax, steal what they want and move through. Proven by the increase in crime rates in towns they move into. |

to gatogato --- thanks for the information. You're absolutely correct, the truth is much more complicated. Before any government or organization can help you, they need to know who you are, where you are, and some basic information. In my experience, which I have to admit is limited, the gypsies don't want to be counted, named, included, tied down to anything. If they want to reside in western europe, they will have to accept certain standards and laws---If they don't like that, they can get in their trailers and leave. They cry racism if they don't like something, but they are just as racist as anyone else.
