My friend and her mother went on holiday to Egypt when she was 15. Some guy working at their hotel fell in "love" with her hence offered to give 45 camels to her mother so that he could marry my friend. We got a good laugh out of it back then, but it is sickening to think something like this is still the very reality in certain parts of the world  |
