10 Yr Old Boy Commits Suicide
TAMPA -- A Tampa boy hung himself in his bedroom closet Monday evening, police said. Police said the 10-year-old boy's mother had sent him to his room for a time-out after he had misbehaved. After 45 minutes had passed, his mother went to check on him. That's when police said she found him hanging by the neck from a shelving unit in his closet. Police said the boy had used a game system cord to create a noose. A neighbor began performing chest compressions until police arrived and could begin CPR. The boy was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital, but he never regained consciousness. Doctors pronounced him dead a short while later. Nothing specifically because there isn't enough information. But there is definitely more to the story. Apart from anything else, what 10 year old knows how to hang himself?

Yeah that also crossed my mind, but 10 yr olds these days see a lot more now then say 10-20 yrs ago..

There's also that thing these kids do nowadays, choke themselves and then let the blood rush to their brain. Gives some kind of high or something. Kids are known to do that when they are under stressed situations.
