Getting that bothered by that shows you have some ISSUES. Who cares as long as they don’t bump into you and act rude. A sidewalk in public and meant for walking so I understand why someone wouldn’t want to walk on the road to just avoid that. Overall 1/10 for just being a dumbass.

Seminal research in the 1970's showed that stupid people (cretins) are much more damaging to a society than you might expect and too many stupid people will destroy your society.

What I don't get is how those guys go around beating strangers to a pulp for what they perceive as a slight and think the strangers won't retaliate. I've known many people in Chicago, many with old bullet scars, who would bury those tough guys in a shallow grave. Russians are so "uneducated" (translation: actually stupid and can't be educated) I am surprised those guys are still alive.
