I saw an uncredited backstory that the guy was complaining about not getting a drink in his value meal. It looks to me like he intended to get in the worker's personal space to provoke a pushback, call it an assault, etc...

You're not kidding! Imagine the gleaming greasy fish fillets in a cardboard basket paired with the nasty smells of cheap tacos and taco munchers. I saw several of the Taco Hades / Long Dong Salivers combo restaurants here in the Chicago area. They were 100% Taco Hells that also served the nasty "fish", fries and cole slaw, no cheap Chinese maritime decorations, canoe paddles or naval flags. Reverted to pure play Taco Hells years ago...
