Renting out my parents old house in Chicago, the first phone calls I get are "Do you take Section 8?". I say "of course I take Section 8, but I have an application already". I get calls and emails from "Laquintas" and "Laqueefas" (not sure I heard that name right), the kicker was a lady named "Revlon".

Makes my job easier selecting a new renter. I would love to torture the horrible lawyer couple next door by installing a "Trashy Mom" type and her brood, but I don't want to trash the house and loose $6000 doing it.
