I don't care what colour your skin is. You act like that in public, and let your kids act like that in public, you should be neutered along with your kids, and have your vocal cords removed so you can't speak at all. Hell of a lot easier to ignore sign language from a hundred feet away...

The technical working term we use for the sound those women were making is "squawking". We hear it all the time when rolling through various plethora of hoods.

That's the Atlanta security guard. He has tons of videos of him taxing trash at the strip mall he patrols. He got arrested though for one of them. Sucks because he is awesome
