did I miss something?.. I didn't see any indication that this is a skate park... and if it's not a skate park, there's no reason to expect dude to come through out of control like that. yes. out of control. if he'd been in control he could have stopped. He should expect pedestrians to be there. if it had been my kid i'd probably have laid him out too. That being said, if this was a skate park then she's a retard for not keeping the kid on a shorter leash. |
