In my hometown a guy from some country over there was givin a free ride to a good college on the basketball team. He beat some guy downtown at a bar almost to death, the guy was in a coma for weeks. Witness' say it was completely out of nowhere, and the kid beatin didnt even do anyhting.

He snuck out of the country and his country tried to give him 1 million for his troubles. There were riots because of the govt's actions. He wasnt given the money after all. And the country refuses to send him over here.
