No not likely. Pretty clearly self-defense he was backed into a corner and struck once to defend himself it was his only option. If he could have run away or if he continued to beat the guy after he hit the ground that might be a different story.

Your reasoning? How do you figure!? My take is that he was being accosted by the man who held his hand in his pocket like he had a gun or another type of weapon and flat out reached for the guys phone. I’d say self defense before I would consider assault. What’s your thoughts? |
