This whole 'n' word thing is all fucked up anyway.
If they are so 'offended' by it then why is it perfectly fine when black people say it to each other all the time as if it's normal. I guess because black to black can't be racist, but either the word is offensive or it isn't. Also a white person using the 'n' word isn't necessarily a racist (even though it's classed as a racist term). In some cases it's probably said just to offend like most other insults.
I don't think you get to have it both ways.
Now, it's just an excuse for someone to get all offended when that word is no worse than being called a c**t or a mofo or whatever else.
The 'n' word in this video, while wrong, seems like just a trigger the black guy needs to think he's justified in beating the guy up.

For the record, the "N" word is more than a word. If you can justify using it by saying "black people call each other it" or "it's no different than cracker" you need a serious lesson in history. No degree of appropriating can rid the torment associated with it. It is about the only word I would eliminate from the English language if possible.

The word ****** didn't bother the guy. He used that, as most of them do, to give him a free pass to do whatever he saw fit. The big pussy would go full out with a drunk guy. If I was there it would've gone very differently.
