They do in the Federal System, they have entire prisons for them and they mix them in Medical Facilities as well. Judging from the uniforms that looks like Florida State. They don't segregate anyone in Florida, they just move people around the state and whatever happens is whatever happens.

Not in most prisons. Most only separate these types of inmates when it's been deemed they're life is in danger, which is usually after they've already been seriously assaulted.
