Being trained = a disparity of force and the assailant may have lethal force used against him if the punching bag or anyone around him (the bag) fears for his (the bag's) life. Three other examples of disparity of force are male on female, healthy vs. handicapped, and two males vs. two males. This would be a legal justification for use of lethal force. When the MMA fighter is looking back to check his footing, he should have been running the other direction. Deplorable and low moral value actions by trained individuals may lead them to their own funeral, legally and justifiably, sans a stand your ground law. |

It has nothing to do with power it's about them breathing, and making sure they don't make the mistake of holding their breath like you or I would do when kicking or punching.
