Man Kicks Woman in Hallway of Apartment Complex
Since July 28, 2025, after a woman was severely beaten by Mr. N. C. T. right in the apartment hallway, she repeatedly requested a forensic injury assessment and reported the act of disturbing public order. However, after more than 4 months, the case has still been at a standstill. Currently, the wounds on her body have almost healed, making an accurate assessment difficult. She also clearly asked the Police: Can an assessment still be done if I go for an examination now? How much will I have to pay out of pocket? At noon on November 12, she was called by the police officer to sign some papers. They said, "No need to go for an examination anymore so she can report to the forensic department." But just 3 days later, when I proactively called back, the officer said, "You have to go for an examination first." If she hadn’t called to ask, how much longer would she had to wait? |
