Did you even listen to the thing? They're most probably NOT Americans.

And only some of us Americans are gun-toting wackos. Some of us are wackos and own guns but don't carry them. Some of us are "normal", own guns and carry. Some of us are normal, own guns and don't carry. Some of us are normal and don't own any guns at all.

We don't need a driver's license to buy and sell guns commercially. An official I.D. of some sort (passport, State-issued I.D.) is also permitted to verify that the person is who he says he is and lives where he says he lives, is not a convicted felon, doesn't have a mental disorder (that he discloses) and is a legal citizen of the United States of America when purchasing a gun in a commercial establishment.

When buying/selling guns privately, no I.D. at all is required.
