Hmm i think he probably has epilepsy. Although a hard punch to the face or head can cause a seizure. It was only one punch and it was to fast to of been any type of Edema, Swelling, Or Hemorrhaging.

Ps to the kids dont pick him up like an ass. When someone is having a seizure leave them be and make sure they are tipped on their side so they dont drown in their own blood or mucus.
