Re: Ex Thai Boxer with Mental Health Problems Punching Security Guards
no casualties according the report I received 1 Seriously Injured, 5 Injured - 'Sick' Man Suddenly Opens Muay Thai Kick During Parade in Thailand 04.01.2025 - One person was seriously injured while five others were injured after a man suddenly acted violently during a religious parade in Kampung Rai near Phannanikhom, Thailand recently. The incident occurred during a celebration organized by the local community in the area. According to international media reports, the suspect, known as Tum, 38, suddenly acted violently and attacked several visitors during the incident. It is understood that the incident began when Tum, believed to be under the influence of illegal substances, attacked the crowd who were dancing in front of the stage. The situation became increasingly tense when the suspect grabbed a weapon from a volunteer security officer (APO) who tried to stop him. He then punched several volunteer officers and civilians at the scene before several villagers tried to arrest him. However, Tum managed to escape after the incident when he saw the crowd starting to chase him. Following the incident, police from Phannanikhom Police Station launched an immediate operation and arrested the suspect at his home located not far from the scene of the incident on the same day. Tum, who suffered minor injuries to his face and body, surrendered without any resistance. When asked by reporters about the reason for his actions, he refused to answer. In the meantime, the suspect is now being held for further investigation. In the same development, a witness, Pranee Srihabong, said that Tum began attacking the female APO officer by kicking her from behind. "When a security officer tried to help, she was also punched until she fainted. Tum often causes trouble whenever he attends community events and Tum is also a mental patient who has a psychiatric treatment card," he said. A seriously injured security guard, Somchai Fongaon, 44, is currently being treated at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Sakon Nakhon Main Hospital due to serious head injuries. Two other victims are being treated at Phannanikhom Hospital, while three others suffered minor injuries. According to local authorities, the police are still investigating and will file preliminary charges for causing bodily harm to others. If the condition of the seriously injured victim shows signs of developing more seriously, additional charges will be filed against the suspect. Re: Ex Thai Boxer with Mental Health Problems Punching Security Guards
A village defense volunteer who was severely beaten by a young man with a heavy punch is now “brain dead” after falling and hitting the back of his head on the ground. Meanwhile, the chief of Phanna Nikhom Police Station revealed that “Tum”, a drunk young man, admitted to taking drugs the day before the incident. He had just been released from prison after being imprisoned for obstructing police and has information that he is a drug addict according to the Ministry of Public Health’s system. He is not a boxer, he just likes to train and does not belong to a camp. Initially, the case was divided into assaults on ordinary citizens and those who fought, obstructed, and assaulted an assistant officer, which is a Village Defense Volunteer who was assaulted while trying to stop the incident, as well as drug-related cases. If the Village Defense Volunteer is seriously injured and dies, additional charges with higher penalties will be filed. Moved to fight and edit title |

Whoa, that guy was out there looking like prime Tyson putting everyone to sleep! I'm a bit surprised that he wasn't full of holes much earlier in this brawl as the Thai don't play around and will stab you without hesitation. This may be why many young people are quick to shoot. Fist fights have the potential to be just as lethal. |

Re: Ex Thai Boxer with Mental Health Problems Punching Security Guards
Mr. Kritsada Lohitdee or Lawyer Nobita, along with the Nobita Help Lawyer team, traveled to the house of Mr. Somchai, a Village Defense Volunteer who was severely injured by Mr. Tum, and talked with Mr. Somchai's relatives, including 2 other injured people: Mr. Prateep, age 36, a villager who came to the event and was unexpectedly attacked by Mr. Tum, who had a cut on his right eyebrow that required 13 stitches, and Mr. Supaphon, age 25, a Village Defense Volunteer who had a cut on his left eyebrow that required 2 stitches. Lawyer Nobita said that there were comments tagging for help to the page "Kan Jom Phalang", so Brother Kan assigned him to help all the victims, both in terms of the case and treatment and compensation, by coordinating with the Commander of the Provincial Police Region 7 to help look into the case and coordinating with the Ministry of Public Health to take care of the medical treatment. Today, we will investigate the cause of the incident to see if it was due to drunkenness or drugs. If it was due to drugs, we will have to crack down on it. I would like the local government to look into this matter, especially the Village Defense Volunteers who are already making sacrifices. Their compensation is low, but they have to face this kind of incident. The seriously injured person is currently suffering from a brain hemorrhage and is in a life-or-death situation. We will talk to the doctor about treatment options or if there are specialists, so we can coordinate with the Ministry of Public Health to ask for assistance. Mrs. Pat, Mr. Somchai's younger sister, said that her brother is not dead yet, but is unconscious and unresponsive. He is still under close care by doctors. However, the doctors have told the relatives to accept it because her brother is not responding and is in a comatose state. Even if he miraculously survives, he will remain in a comatose state. |
