Wow, only one whack to the shoulder and you'd swear she got shot with a .357 magnum. Such a drama queen! I shouldn't laugh but some of it was kind of funny, and at least Shovel Lady didn't have murder on her mind like in that other video of the Vietnamese neighbor killing the old lady with the shovel.

I'm wondering if this was mother & daughter and not neighbors. It just has that vibe, the way the lady collapses like a hurt child and the other one whacking her on the traditional area parents into corporeal punishment spank their children
