If that is a landlord attempting to collect rent, does this jackass really think he'll be allowed to still live there? In fairness to the tenant though, he didn't seem to have any pockets for the rent money.   |

Hmm, I think the guy in the underwear is at fault here based on the video. I can’t understand everything because of their accents, but before the guy was attacked, he was asked, “Did I hit you?”. The underwear guy will likely have to pay for the injured man’s hospital bill and a bit of pain and suffering costs as well.
