If you’re wearing gloves, it’s not the worse impact, and getting hit in the head with a helmet can be a bit disorientating, but generally yeah I wouldn’t recommend it. Although grabbing the helmet and using it as a handle can be nice to yank them to the ground (like when football players have their hair pulled)
