Garbage operator. The woman on the phone says she and her daughter have been shot, and the operator asks, "Is she bleeding?" WTF. Then Operator asks, "Are you injured?" after being told repeatedly that the woman on the line's been shot... Operator even sounds fucking rude at times. Is she retarded? I hope I get someone with a goddamn brain if I ever have an emergency like this.
