You know, when I listen to these calls, I just wish the operator would simply say, "help is on the way" and THEN ask their all their questions.

That was some of the worst call talking from a 911 operater i have ever heard. The women gave the dispatcher the same info over and over. I work dispatch and i picked up everything the first time in the beginging of the call. the dispatcher could have gotten officers hurt the way that was handled.

Jesus FUCKING christ. That operator!!!!! How many fuckin' times does she need to be told every detail?! I nearly threw something at the screen when after all that "There's so much blood! Oh my God!" the dumb fuck operator goes, "Is there bleeding? MA'AM! Is there bleeding!" over and over: "Scott. Eric. Schmidt." Towards the end of the tape: "What is his name? MA'AM!" And how rude can you be to someone who's just told you there's a gunman and she's been shot.  I would have lost it and screamed down the phone.
