Man Records Philly Police During Arrest
I found this to be very interesting. Mark Ferrina was stopped on a Philly street by a police officer who was driving by and saw him carrying a Glock on his hip in a holster in plain sight. As far as I know, the police STILL have no idea if it was illegal or not. You will see what I mean in the beginning of the first recording. OH And before I forget, they were PISSED when they found out he was recording!  |

45 minutes. The cops kept calling around to find out whether him carrying open was illegal or not. I mean seriously?!?! I couldn;t believe these cops. I like cops as a general rule, don;t get me wrong, but these guys were idiots! And it's idiots like these that give the rest a bad name.
