Kevin Cosgrove 911 Call From Twin Towers
Kevin Cosgrove is notable because of the recording of the 9-1-1 call he made during his final moments which ended with him crying out from inside the South Tower as it collapsed on 09/11/2001 The recording was used during the prosecution of Zacarias Moussaoui, the only criminal trials to result from the attacks. His final cry as the South Tower of the World Trade Center collapsed made international headlines.

This is something that hits me deeply every time I hear it. Out of all the things to be shocked by on this site... This is in my top five. I can't explain why. Maybe he sounds like an everyday father type... This recording gets me, every time.  |

Very odd I've been info-binging on 9/11. Was lurking in a locked thread a while back on some rare pics from the WTC and now I see people talking about this. Yeah, this one is tough to listen to.. I can't even imagine what it was like inside. |
