Have to give it to both the girl and the dispatch who was smart enough not to grill the poor kid for morbid details, but keep her mind off the situation and gently get the right information from her so they could get to the correct address. That poor kid.  |

This operator is truly outstanding and should be at least used as an example for training newly employed operators. I hope she was appropriately commended for how she expertly handled the call and that poor, sweet baby girl. This call is in such harsh contrast to another thread on here I listened to where the 7/8 year old girl called to report her parents had been shot and the female operator couldn't have been more cold, accusative and conceited- who then without warning proceeded to hang up on the little girl after she had told the operator later on in the call that her father had also been shot and killed! In respect of that particular operator, she should at the very least be used as an example on how to execute the perfect steel toe-cap cunt punt on all bored and heartless operators. |
