With that raspy smoker’s voice too! The dispatcher acts like she’s talking in a hushed tone with the girl over the phone, but then hollers everything the girl tells her to everyone in the room around her like she’s in a hog-calling contest

They had weapons/firearms. I’m on team shoot them where they stand. The amount of mental stress and damage a break in causes to the homeowner can be tremendous. It strips them of the security of heir home/safe place - which is a huge psychological blow. Not unlike rape, and can be very hard to recover from. A lot of homeless people are crazy because they don’t have the security of a home. It’s an important part of the psyche. It’s not just about material possessions and money. It’s a serious personal security breach. |
