yep yep. can't even remember how many times i've hat the 'am i fat' argument with female friends. i gave up a cpl yrs ago, lol. it all goes back to yourSELF and and what you CHOOSE to accept. edit: omega3fattyacids pretty much said it best hehe. althouht i wouldn't call her fat in my personal opinion, disgregarding any possible health issues. she's just very untoned in my opinion. but hey that's what happens as u get older and ur metabolism slows down and u don't adjust ur health habits accordingly. |
