I wonder who’s at fault here? Did the person on the ground not secure the beam or was it the machine operator?

An industrial safety accident occurred in Zhonghe District, New Taipei City on the 12th , and the shocking footage was released. During the hanging operation on the construction site, the steel cable suddenly broke, causing the beam to fall on a 57-year-old worker, S.N. on the spot. His colleagues called for help. When the ambulance personnel arrived, the worker was unconscious. Bloody, with open fractures, both feet fractured he was rushed to Banqiao Yadong Hospital for emergency treatment but his life is not in danger at present, and the Labor Bureau is also investigating whether there is any negligence. |
