The man-hole was actually a den for wolves, and right after this, a tuk-tuk carrying hammers tipped over on top of the manhole and they all fell in. Also, this lady bought a lottery ticket, but didn't win anything.

Im guessing the story continues like this....The big bad wolf then climbed out of the man-hole and started driving the tuk-tuk, while the hammers found new rides on the back of the rest of the wolf pack, they all went to Disney World. The lady then decided it was time to commit suicide, which she did by jumping up a hill backwards, right?
