Do you think they’ve got the same kind of legal system in place like we do? Or do you know it for fact? Just wondering if that’s even possible in China.?.

I can personally assure you that will NOT happen. My 2013 crash was exactly like this, in broad daylight, on a clear Florida day. I was stopped at a red light and was rear ended harder than this and his 4Runner ended up ON TOP of me and my 2009 Suzuki M109R. His insurance company postured and hoped I'd surrender before going to trial. I was out of work a year and a half, shattered right leg, broken spine, two fractured vertebrae, and serious whiplash. Nope. They followed me at home and recorded be taking trash out, on social media, and dug deep into my personal life, my previous relationships, traffic infractions, employers, etc... Don't ever go to trial. After all was said and done I spent 4 years depressed, gained 80lbs, lived in a bottle, clinically depressed, broke, alone, survivors guilt, and physically disabled. The settlement was "ok" until the lawyer got 40%, my medical was $180,000, now my credit cards were maxed, and I was three years behind on property taxes. I got away upside down with my life. One day karma will come knocking for all of them.
