Woman Dead, Child in Coma After Audi Driver Hit Mom Pushing Pram
November 14, 2018 Romania, A deadly road accident occurred yesterday around 1 PM. An Audi driver I. C. (26) hit I. C. A. (40) and the pram in which her child was (18 months old). After the impact, the woman died, and the child is in coma at the Emergency Hospital. I. C. A. was a major, former spokeswoman for the Military School of Gendarmerie Nomads and was on parental leave. |

Does Romania do the same thing Russia does? As soon as someone is walking on a crosswalk, vehicles must slam their brakes because pedestrians have the right of way no matter what? I can’t see if there are traffic lights at the crosswalk and she had the right of way. |

In Romania, if there are no traffic lights present, pedestrians have right of way on a crosswalk no matter what
