Not a particularly good accident clip but it would make one of those cute portrait mode video shorts if DR had a TikTok or YT channel, I think

Yes all looks a bit fake. He’s clearly moving at 2 hours per kilometre judging from those poles and trees outside, unless he drove into a train etc. and the wreck at the end is across train tracks…but I suspect that’s not the e same car.

His car is not moving fast. In fact, it looks like his girlfriend actually stopped the car and looked both ways. But the train, cleverly disguised as a fence post, managed to sneak up on them, and jump them at the most opportune moment.

Or else she got tired of his yodeling. Maybe she preferred rap.
