Yes, it does look like some tentative staining appears, though not super-dark yet. Time to add yet another cycle-repelling traffic girder, just a little farther down the curve, I guess. This can easily happen for someone driving a cycle who's not accustomed to having a passenger, or a passenger with add'l heavy gear, taking a curve just a hair too fast. Donorcycles FTW.

Inexperienced rider and the fool didn’t bother strapping his helmet on. Nice to see that the passenger wasn’t killed. The driver should be if he isn’t dead already.
