Two E-Scooter Riders Crash At Crossing
This is the moment an electric scooter rider speeds through a red light at a pedestrian crossing and ploughs into a man on another e-scooter. The incident took place on Pasir Ris in the island-city state of Singapore just off southern Malaysia, and was filmed by the dash cam of a motorist waiting at the red light. |
