not-wise for people to mosey around under a broken electric pole. if the live wires fell, that would raise the death tolls quickly. thats the kind of accident busy-bodies should leave alone.

happened once here and the first thing we did was frantically call the electric company. live wires can also kill if those fell on the roofs as well as the street.
