Teenage Student on Scooter Dead After 4 Minors in a Car Hit Him and a Schoolbus
India. A teenage school student, R. P. S. died after a speeding car hit his scooter before the car hit a schoolbus. A minor was driving the car with three other minors inside. They all fled the scene immediately after the crash but were caught later on. The driver faces severe charges under Section 105 of the BNS, which covers culpable homicide not amounting to murder, a non-bailable offense that carries a heavy prison sentence. The guardian or owner of the vehicle can be sentenced to up to 3 years of imprisonment. A heavy criminal penalty of ₹25,000 will be levied against the parents/owners. The registration certificate of the family car involved in the crash will be cancelled for 12 months. The teenage driver will be deemed completely ineligible to obtain a driving license until they reach the age of 25. |

Johnny lightning no more. Toss the fuck in jail and toss away the key.  The car is going to need a serious amount repair to get it roadworthy again.  Maybe it’ll be ready to drive again in a year or three.  |
